2.We are approached many times a year by foreign mattress manufactures to build Caluful products overseas. Our profits will be much higher to build Caluful products overseas. as they guarantee the cost will be significantly less, but we always say no!

3.we source 100% of all of our bio-based foams in the United States. Other components over 85% are also sourced in the United States.

4.Unlike Many foams from overseas are not stable, all of our American bio-based foams are stable, It just shrink wrapped and shipped, even if moist. Before shipping from our  factory, . Our bio-based foams are odorless.

5. As you know ultra-premium luxury mattresses require detailed work by hand, our American craftsman do it as well as anyone in the world

Materials

Open Cell Memory Foam

Open Cell memory foam is more porous or open than conventional foam, meaning the cells are interconnected unlike closed cell foam; thereby it is more breathable and comfortable than higher density visco elastic foam. The open-celled physical structure of our foams is self-ventilating. Air is able to travel throughout the material and actually dissipate body heat regulating your body temperature. Memory foam is naturally antimicrobial and resistant to allergens, mold, bacteria and dust mites. A memory foam mattress can support each part of the body evenly and individually. Memory foam slowly and automatically adjusts to your body weight and temperature. When you do move in bed, memory foam gently 'fills in' and reshapes itself to your new sleeping posture, cradling every part of your body.

Gel-Infused Memory Foam

Gel Memory Foam is a unique material that infuses gel particles into visco-elastic memory foam, creating a plusher and cooler sleeping material. Gel memory foam is more porous or open than conventional foam, meaning the cells are interconnected unlike closed cell foam; thereby is more breathable and comfortable than higher density visco-elastic foam. The open-celled physical structure of our foams is self-ventilating. Air is able to travel throughout the material and actually dissipate body heat regulating your body temperature.

Latex Foam

Latex is derived from the sap of hevea brasiliensis, or the rubber tree. Natural latex is very soft and very elastic and perfect for use in a mattress. Latex is designed for 'breathability' with an open cell structure and special 'pin core' construction, which allows for ventilation of body heat and wicks away moisture. Latex retains its firmness level, regardless of room temperature. Latex is hygienic, resistant to dust mites, is naturally hypo-allergenic and anti-bacterial and anti-microbial. Latex will not support mold, bacteria, fungus or mildew and is perfect for pulmonary allergy sufferers. Latex mattresses are naturally therapeutic and provide extraordinary orthopedic support. Inherently impression resistant, latex mattresses last for years without sagging or taking on body impressions (no bed flipping is needed). It allows the spine to stay in a neutral position which helps reduce pressure points and help eliminate tossing and turning. Its superior cell structure gives it maximum breath-ability, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Innerspring

Innerspring mattress made of tempered steel coils help maintain the shape of the mattress.  When these innersprings are individually coils wrapped in a fabric, it minimizes friction and maximizes support, as well as lessens motion transfer between sleep partners. Individually wrapped coils move independently and are encased in separate pockets so they can contour precisely to each person and provide, deep, comforting pressure relief, independent of body type.
